GHOST (2022)
Solo Exhibition
Halal Bastudio, Tel Aviv
curator: Ido Gordon

The exhibition "GHOST" featured a wide range of works on paper from the last five years.
Sun, moon, cloud, kitchen, devil at the airport, blue window and lots of light.
Colored drawings on semi-transparent papers, in charcoal, pastel and chalks.
A tremendous effort was invested to bring them all together into the cosy space of "Halal Bastudio" and house them under one roof; good neighbors and a peaceful life.

Tefilat Haderech / The Traveler's Prayer

[published as part of the exhibition text by Ido Gordon]

May you come for a visit

may the Sun put on a smile

may the faucet reflect the blue sky through the window

may you believe the epiphany of a face on the surface of the Moon

You will probably remember the previous exhibition, or the one before it

and perhaps other calamities that assemble to come to earth

But today will be different –

today a Cloud will fly off the air conditioner shutters

the white wall will welcome you with a smile

you will kiss the devil goodbye

and walk home with a friendly ghost by your side

AMEN
